HuntSAFE Hunter Safety (SD Game, Fish and Parks)

South Dakota's hunter safety and firearm education course, designed for ages 12 through 15. Kids who are 11 may take it, but get their certification card at 12. In Sioux Falls it's held at The Outdoor Campus, either as a traditional class (three sessions including a field day) or an online course plus a field day. Classes run roughly April through early October; find upcoming dates at gooutdoorssouthdakota.com.
